🛍️ What do you sell?

I create original artwork, art prints, stickers, and small handmade items. Each piece is designed (and often made) by me with a lot of care and attention to detail.

🎨 Are your items handmade?

Most of my items are either fully handmade or created from my original artwork. Because of this, slight variations can occur—each piece is a little unique.

🖌️ Do you take commissions or custom orders?

Sometimes! I open limited commission slots throughout the year. When they’re available, you’ll find details on my shop or social pages. You can also reach out to ask about availability. You can reach out by:

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

I accept major debit/credit cards and other secure payment options available at checkout.

🚚 How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days.

Shipping times vary:

• Local orders: ~3–5 business days 

Please note that delays can occasionally happen due to postal services or availability of items ordered, and/or printing delays.

📦 Will I get tracking information?

Yes—once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (if tracking is available for your shipping option).

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

No, I do not ship worldwide - yet! 

🔄 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I do - if there is an issue with the product, please reach out as soon as possible.

💔 What if my item arrives damaged?

I’m so sorry if that happens! Please email me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and I’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

✏️ Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, they may already be in production or packed for shipping.

🌿 How should I care for my items?

• Stickers: Best applied to clean, dry surfaces
• Art prints: Keep out of direct sunlight for long-lasting color
• Handmade items: Handle gently and keep dry unless stated otherwise

🎁 Do you offer gift packaging?

All orders are packaged with care (and a little love). I don’t currently offer formal gift wrapping, but feel free to leave a note if your order is a gift!
